With JumpStart, we’ve streamlined and optimised key steps, allowing us to schedule your home to start on site in as little as 4 months*. JumpStart is designed to accelerate the home building preconstruction process for clients who are ready to move quickly.
To qualify for the program, you need to meet the following criteria:
Your land must be registered and ready for construction.
Homes should be CDC compliant, with setbacks and other criteria meeting the standard requirements.
To maintain the streamlined process, only up to 5 minor plan changes, as approved by Montgomery Homes, are permitted.
The Program is limited to standard home designs with a maximum 1.5m split and no more than 3m fall to the blocks footprint.
You must have your finance pre-approved to ensure the process can move forward without delays.

Montgomery Homes' 4-Month JumpStart Program Terms and Conditions.
Program Eligibility:
The 4-Month JumpStart Program by Montgomery Homes is available for new home deposits made from 1st October 2024.
Eligibility is limited to homes that qualify for Complying Development Certification (CDC).
Floor Plan customisations are restricted under this program, with a maximum of five minor changes permitted, subject to approval by Montgomery Homes. The block of land must be registered at the time of deposit to qualify for the program.
For Knock Down Rebuild projects, the land must be completely cleared of any existing structures (including but not limited to pools, sheds, granny flats).
Homes affected by mine subsidence conditions (e.g. pothole footings), requiring bearers and joist constructions, impacted by flood zones, battle-axe sites or include a granny flat are excluded from the JumpStart Program.
The program is limited to standard home designs (no more than 3m fall to the house footprint, for a maximum 1.5m split). No changes to split level heights are permitted, except for a maximum 503mm step down to the garage.
No further plan changes permitted.
Job Suitability Review:
Montgomery Homes will assess each job for eligibility within 15 business days of receiving all required documentation and will notify the client of acceptance into the JumpStart Program.
Client Responsibilities:
To maintain the accelerated timelines of the JumpStart Program, clients must submit all necessary paperwork and approvals within 3 days of request, including attending all required appointments, signing, and returning documents.
All essential information as outlined in the building contract must be provided within 14 days.
Selection appointments will be scheduled for the earliest available dates, with limited flexibility in rescheduling. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure availability on the scheduled date.
Limitations and Liability:
Montgomery Homes cannot be held responsible for delays in the process if the required documents or information are not provided within the specified timeframes or if there are delays caused by third parties, including but not limited to, BASIX or CDC. Homes requiring additional approvals under estate guidelines will impact the JumpStart timeframe.
