To ensure your desired house and land package does not sell to another customer, we take a small holding deposit to reserve it for you.
We draft your house and land contract and send it to your financial institution for approval, so your finance and your build stay in step.
This is the fun part! Our Diamond and Sapphire clients visit our state-of-the-art Gallery One to choose kitchen and bathroom fittings, internal and external colours, materials and finishes that make the home unmistakably yours.
Once we have completed the finer details together, we finalise your tender and plans, sign off on the layout, and submit for council and BASIX approval. Note: The balance of $3,750 of deposit is due on the day of Tender (Total deposit: $7,500).
Once approval has been received from council and other regulatory bodies, our team gets to work — keeping you updated with progress every step of the way until handover.
