In line with the NSW Government’s roadmap for the easing of COVID-19 restrictions, our display homes across Newcastle, Sydney, Central Coast and the Hunter Valley are open as per Government guidelines below:
Visiting a display home from Wednesday 15 December:
- Density limits not applicable, and there is no limit on number of attendees at any one time
- Visitors may tour our display homes without an appointment and regardless of vaccination status
- Face masks are mandatory
- Service NSW QR check-in will be available
- All visitors must abide by current Public Health Orders mandated by the NSW Government

Selections Appointments, Contract Signings and Tender Presentations

Selections Appointments, Contract Signings and Tender Presentations are available via virtual appointment or face-to-face appointment at our Belmont, Central Coast and Sydney Offices.

Clients may attend face-to-face appointments regardless of their vaccination status, with no density limits applied. Face masks are mandatory and QR check-in is available.

Construction Sites

Construction sites across Newcastle, the Hunter Valley, Central Coast and Sydney will continue to operate. All construction workers and tradespeople may enter a Montgomery Homes site regardless of their vaccination status, and face masks will be required. QR check-in will be available.
